Records are catalogued here without endorsing every statement they contain. Historical dates, artist attributions, materials, and symbolic meanings require an identifiable source and a page or document reference.
Father White’s parish history
Christ the King: A History for an Anniversary, credited to James D. White. Retained as “CHRIST THE KING (White) final.doc.” Read as an attributed account; individual statements require corroboration. The source copy carries an author rights and review notice.
Rev. Msgr. Daniel H. Mueggenborg’s illustrated history is retained as a valuable secondary account of the church and its sacred art. Multiple archive copies exist. The source controlled PDF remains the preferred reading copy, with individual historical and symbolic claims checked against original records.
The title page identifies The Souls of the Just: A Necrology of the Catholic Church in Oklahoma, by James D. White (1983). The Drive file retains the legacy label “Souls of Justice.” The related clergy history compilation is a secondary source and should be checked against the underlying records.
Research compilation containing transcribed material, historical accounts, project notes, and interpretation. A transcription is not an authenticated original. Check each passage against its underlying record.
Hiding in Plain Sight and related interpretive drafts are excluded from historical evidence. Their original locations may appear in the inventory for preservation tracking only. Earlier summaries and conversations are research leads, not proof. The chronology is withheld pending statement by statement source review.

Window source collections
North, south, and west windows
Working object labels follow the current research archive. Each window has its own record. The Central Orb/Globe remains distinct from the Cross and Orb. Research files and recreated icons do not establish original authorship or symbolic intent.
Separate object record; descriptions and counts require photograph checks
Seven pairs of identically titled window research files contain different extracted text. They remain separate versions in the register. The dated file metadata does not, by itself, identify an authoritative version.
Window photograph and historical account
Al Smith Window
View the photograph, read the retained write-up, and compare the documented political context with the window history awaiting confirmation.
This catalog follows the same object by object method used for the north and south windows. It separates visible evidence, early source notes, official parish history, and the 2026 project record. Later interpretation is not treated as proof.

Keep original correspondence, drawings, proposals, installation photographs, and restoration records together by object. Project proposals and renderings remain distinct from completed work. Prior written accounts are research leads until checked against the underlying record.

7,833 files inventoried across 788 checked folders. Every entry retains its original title, source path, and link. Catalog labels add context without renaming the originals.

Matching names or sizes identify review candidates, not confirmed duplicates. The two White manuscript copies have different bytes despite equal file sizes. No source files were deleted or merged.
Audit scope and remaining work
This is a complete recursive metadata inventory of the three linked collections as returned by Drive. It is not a full reading, provenance, or checksum review of every file. There were no folder-listing errors. Original and combined scans, revised drafts, alternate photographs, and exported formats must be compared before duplicate decisions.
Direct links retain existing Drive access. This is a dated snapshot, not an automatic sync. Dates in the register describe Drive file updates, not historical events. A folder named “verified” or “exact duplicates” does not itself verify its contents.
Remaining work: examine generic scans for descriptive titles; compare the 276 remaining format/size groups by content; reconcile manuscript versions; attach precise original-source citations to historical statements.
Period sources, official institutional history, direct project records, and later research aids are retained with clear descriptions. A compiled narrative is not treated as proof without its underlying source.

Archive practice
Originals remain the authority
The archive uses uniform previews and cropped gallery views to make the collection easier to navigate. Those display treatments do not replace or alter the underlying historical files. Downloads retain the original record unless a corrected reading copy is clearly identified.
