What the reviewed record states
Father White attributes the 1992 memorial banner design to Diana Hall Carter. An earlier parish-history note transcribes the name as ‘Dianna Hill Carter.’
Attributed account
White’s account says nine panels were needlepointed by the honoree’s friends and the banner was installed in 1995; those contributors remain unnamed in the source.
Open questions
Compare the banner dedication, design, and parish records to resolve the spelling and document the individual needleworkers.
