Father White identifies Brooks as pastor of Christ the King from 1979 and credits him with creating the Educational Endowment Trust and initiating Mission 81, the 1981–82 exterior/site renewal and related Marquette and Fletcher Hall work.

The 1981 landscape plan is attributed to Braun Binion Barnard. The manuscript does not name individual designers in the firm.
