What the reviewed record states
The clergy history lists Driscoll as administrator of Sacred Heart in Tulsa in 1925–26 and says he arrived with Father Thomas Rowan in response to Bishop Kelley’s invitation. The compilation says they were soon transferred to Sacred Heart, later Christ the King.
